Mount it
Drill pilot holes. Screw the mount in with the included washers protecting the desk surface.

Plug in
Connect your USB-C cable to the built-in passthrough port. One cable, always ready.

The connection port is a little unstable --monitor flicker on and off unless I get it seated just right. Worth more R&D to improve. Otherwise, works as advertised -- but might need to move back to a direct cable connection. And it is definitely the dock -- same cable goes into the dock as used to go direct to the macbook.

This goes really great with my desk and makes my setup look very clean. Customer service was also great when I had an issue, they were very responsive and were able to help me get a solution very quickly!

Will this fit my laptop?
The SlideUnder Pro is designed exclusively for MacBooks. It's available in two sizes: 14" (fits MacBook Pro 14") and 16" (fits MacBook Pro 16"). It does not fit MacBook Air models or non-Apple laptops.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship from Rotterdam, Netherlands within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium typically takes 1–3 business days. European orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days. International shipping (US, AU) takes 2–6 business days depending on the destination.
What's the return policy?
If you're not satisfied, you can return your SlideUnder Pro within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@dockedbydesign.com to arrange your return.
What material is it made from?
Each mount is 3D printed in-house in Rotterdam using high-quality matte PLA. Every unit is printed and quality-checked by hand before shipping.
