Products & Orders

We aim to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be completed before an order is shipped. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors outside of our control.

Returns & Refunds

Customers within the EU have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
