We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
When We Ship
Orders are dispatched every Tuesday, with a second dispatch later in the week depending on order volume. Your order will go out on the next available dispatch day after it has been processed.
You'll receive a tracking email the moment your package is handed to DHL. 🇳🇱
Estimated Delivery After Dispatch
These are delivery times after dispatch, excluding processing.
🇳🇱 Netherlands — 1–2 business days
🇪🇺 European Union — 2–7 business days
🌍 International — 3–7 business days
Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your shipping label is created — this may be shortly before the package is collected by DHL.
Tracking updates will start appearing once DHL has scanned your parcel at collection. If the link shows no activity yet, check back in a few hours.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Please note that unexpected delays due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier issues may occasionally occur. Once the order has been handed to DHL, these are outside of our control.
